"The story of Kevin Bacon's" hoof grease began… in my butcher's workshop near Liège, in the early 1980s.
I had just bought a mare suffering from a heel avulsion and couldn't find anything to help the hoof regrow. A friend suggested I make my own hoof grease — something my trade made easier.

I then met farriers, veterinarians, and pharmacists to develop a miracle formula.

I created a product based on animal fats, vegetable oils, and bay laurel extract (obtained through maceration) that truly penetrates the hoof to retain moisture inside.
