Mainly targeting show jumping, dressage and eventing riders, the saddlery brings together more than 140,000 people on Instagram and has several tens of thousands of customers.OHLALA distributes its thousands of products in France but also throughout the world through its website, its mobile application and very recently during major physical events in France (trade fairs and competitions).
🤓 Job description
You understand, OHLALA goes quickly, very quickly and doesn't do anything like everyone else! We need you to work closely with Clara, Geoffrey and Amélie on procurement.
Our distributor model requires great organization. In fact, we work with more than 80 suppliers and we distribute more than 40,000 references.
Product sourcing is a key element of our value chain.
You will occupy a central position between our suppliers and our logistics.
You will participate in quarterly stock objective meetings and manage the configuration of our procurement tools. You will also be required to manage and maintain the commercial conditions of a supplier portfolio. In the short/medium term this position is intended to evolve as an offer manager at OHLALA.
🚀 Your missions?
- Define an automatic restocking schedule to limit shortages.
- Offer collection orders (between 3 and 6 per season).
- Negotiate the commercial conditions of our suppliers.
- Configure our procurement tools quarterly.
- Analyze our sales and participate in monthly performance presentation meetings.
- Ensure the daily relationship with our suppliers.
- Contribute/help place daily restocking orders.
- Contribute/help reconcile our receipts with our orders.
- Help track our deliveries and inform the warehouse of its reception schedule.
💪 Profile sought
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a purchasing position.
- Be organized and extremely rigorous.
- Master Excel/Google Sheets.
- Be comfortable on the phone.
- Master English.
- Having knowledge of the equestrian world and its environment is essential.
