Rather curious, we wanted to test this directly on the feet of our protégés, and here is what we learned:
We were initially rather perplexed by the fact that these could be put on easily (who has never had a hard time putting on and removing the plastic bells, Decathlon raises your hand).
And there, the height of the miracle!
The sock unfolds very easily on the foot. First positive point then.
Then, being very close to the member, you have to pull on it a little to position it optimally, but nothing too complicated.
We love the very soft side of the inside of the sock, the mineral oil gives a very pleasant “talc” feel.
It is then possible to position it in two different ways, either high, which protects the limbs from friction from the gaiter, or low, which this time protects the pastern from friction from the sand.
In the second case, all that remains is to secure the sock with Tesa Tape so that it does not roll upwards.
Even if in our opinion the first way of using it remains the most common, the second can be just as effective for horses with very sensitive limbs or those prone to cracks.
In the end, a BIG favorite for this product!
Even though this is a technical product, we believe it can be very useful for a large number of riders and horses.
