365 MORE DAYS BY YOUR SIDE, it’s worth celebrating!
On this last day of the year we wanted to look back with you on the highlights that made O hlala in 2021! It was another wonderful year with you, where we worked to distribute more love than ever to you and your horses 🐴
The year starts off well with a little surprise 🎉 As we never do anything like the others, instead of an advent calendar, we decide to opt for an after calendar this year! So we're starting the year by spoiling you every day with the competitions that have made us famous since the creation of Ohlala 🎁
It’s also a year that’s off to an incredible start in terms of shootings! We decide to fill the truck with looks, each one more beautiful than the last, we install Dolce , our best ally for these madnesses , in the horse place, and we set off towards a park in the city center for a shooting in the middle flowers and the public. Obviously she was exemplary, but that, when you know her, it's not at all surprising 💖
THE moment we will never forget from this month of February 2021? It's the arrival of Kokett , a pretty 8-month-old filly, in the Ohlala group of models. The story is beautiful, because this little champion is none other than one of the daughters of Éclair , our young stallion with blue eyes, well known to Ohlala Lovers. She was born at Haras de la Malouine, in whom we have complete confidence, and we are happy to welcome her to our home to see her grow and flourish 👶
When it comes to laughter during photoshoots, we owe them to Ankara ! This big boy, wise 99% of the time, has reserved “jumps of joy” for us immortalized for our greatest pleasure. His first victim? Mathilde (@dance_with_him), who, while trying to get started, found herself thrown into a muddy paddock after stunts worthy of Puy Du Fou! The (almost) second? Clara ! This one had a much more reliable trim and managed to stay in the saddle while Ankara VERY wanted to test the triggering of an air bag cartridge from the Hit Air vest which was the star of the "cross look inspiration" shoot of the day ! Thank you Ankara, we were shaken, but it was funny 😂
MARCH
March is the month of our big return to TikTok ! There are now more than 28K of you following our adventures on this network that we particularly like! We present to you looks, new products, our daily life at the stables and the little stupidities that make us laugh! Besides, wouldn't it be time to join us there? The third month of the year also pushes us to head to Belgium 🇧🇪 to visit the new Kentucky offices! This incredible brand, which you love as much as we do, opens its doors to us and we take the opportunity to create a total immersion vlog, which we shared with you on Instagram 💖
APRIL
THE RETURN OF COMPETITIONS ! Yehooou, it's official, the competitions are starting again and our horses, models but not only, are giving us the pleasure of hitting the surrounding slopes, not hesitating to proudly bring home a few cups 🏅 On the home side, speaking of that, The work 🚧 at the stables is progressing quickly and it is exactly with the arrival of sunny days that we are installing the very last barrier of the new outdoor paddocks. Let's not waste time : good pairs of gaiters, bells and fetlock guards for our Dolce, the time for big gallops in the green grass of spring has come. History does not say which of us appreciated that day the most and the feeling of freedom that came from it? 💓
A little less urban , a little more urban , here is another highlight of our month of April: we receive a call from one of our ambassadors, Ann ( @foreverlennon ) who has been preparing for weeks a shoot with her beautiful Fidjy without the streets of Paris 🇫🇷 Neither one, nor two, we slip looks into our suitcases, jump on the first train 🚆 and off we go to immortalize the couple at the Trocadéro , at the Champs-De-Mars , on the Place de la Concorde , etc. For us, whose story began in the heart of the capital, this is a particularly touching moment 😌
In May, do what you please? OK 💥 So, we put Dolce and Olandais in the truck 🚚, we drive for an hour, and here we are at Veillon beach for a beach day with our horses. Moments engraved in our memory cards as much as in our memories , shared with you via Snapchat stories, TikTok, Instagram posts and a YouTube video 🏝
Good news too, the Livio stable does us the honor of joining us in this crazy adventure that is Ohlala. They will wear our colors in competitions and we are delighted to go and make videos and photos with them to share with you on the networks 👯♀️
JUNE
VLOG TIME AGAIN! Direction Le Mans, to visit Harcour , beautiful projects together are taking shape so, of course, we are shooting a vlog for you in order to share with you behind the scenes of your favorite brands, because to love is to share is not isn't it? 💖
A month dedicated to meeting people , because it’s the first time we’ve spent time with our “Dressage” ambassador, Mado (@mado_pinto). We join her at Le Mans (yes, again 🤣) where she races (and wins) the CDI with her incredible Hot Bit. She will also now wear the Ohlala colors, for our greatest pleasure 🏅
JULY
It's time to reveal a secret 🤫 that was very difficult to hide until now: OHLALA MOVES and work on the new offices and warehouse has started well! The first shovels are in place, the walls are starting to go up, and a slightly crazy idea comes to mind... What if Dolce told you the good news? It was she , always close to us, who came in person to pose in front of what was still only a skeleton of a warehouse to reveal this new turning point in our history to you! The Ohlala adventure continues and takes us beyond what we could have dreamed of 💤
The sunny days also encouraged another young girl who is always close to us to visit us, and it is with pleasure that we welcome Clémence (@cc_ulahup) for a few days in Cholet. Finally, we welcome it, we EXPLOIT it above all to be honest! Photo shoots, TikTok shoots, creating looks, trotting with Dolce, no respite for her 🤠
AUGUST
We wanted to do it from the beginning, we were just waiting for the right moment, we can now validate it on our To Do List ✅ July began with the mass visit of five of our ambassadors! Ohlala Family week can begin! Unfortunately, for scheduling reasons, some were unable to be present, but it's only a postponement, obviously. We therefore had the pleasure of showing the stables, the old warehouse, the old offices, but also the progress of the work on the future premises to Axelle (@uncoeurdecavaliere), Adèle (@devaiilant), Ann (@foreverlennon), Cassandre (@revecompulsif) and Clara (@cla.equestrian). Ann even did us the kindness of coming with her faithful Fidjy , always so endearing 🐎
We are also taking advantage of this slightly calmer period 😌 in the year to equip ourselves, and so an embroidery machine comes to join us, so that we can carry out embroidery in-house to ensure quality and creation time! On this occasion, we are taking the opportunity to create new designs for our “Ohlala Sellerie” collection: masks, rugs, pouches, we embroider our orange O and its associated little heart everywhere 🥳
SEPTEMBER
HAPPY BIRTHDAY OHLALA ! 3 years of love is worth celebrating 🎉 We are taking this opportunity to concoct little surprises for you that we have the secret to! And, don't worry, the love between us won't last just three years, no, no, no 🙅♀️
That month our Éclair ⚡️ gives us the most beautiful birthday gift 🍰 Our champion does us the honor of competing for 7 years on one of the most grandiose tracks in the world: Aix La Chapelle 🤯 Under the saddle of the international rider Marlon Zanotelli (6th in the world), our protégé takes 6th place, before our eyes, more than ever filled with stars 🌟
OCTOBER
Our seven-year-old chestnut decided to make us dream last month? BE IT ! A very promising new little guy, also a chestnut, joins our Dream Team: welcome In Touch 💖 The latter has continued to surprise us since: he is as handsome as he is good in his head, we have since proclaimed him "the three years the wisest of all”!
Many of you asked us for looks worn with gray, it was done thanks to Dédé who came to board with us for a week. A pretty, very wise dapple, who seemed to have been a model all his life, takes the break for our greatest pleasure and immediately catches your eye on the networks #EnBombeDédé 💣
NOVEMBER
Do you think these last few months have been crazy? Ahaa, November was even better! We start by deciding, 5 days before the start of the deadline, to participate as exhibitors in the Lyon Horse Show ! We had been dreaming of it since the beginning of our adventure, the opportunity presented itself, we didn't think twice: we went for it! There were a lot of you at the meeting and the joy of breaking the virtual barrier to meet you physically was palpable 🌈
At the same time, the work 🚧 on the warehouse is finally finished ! Half of the team remains on site to carry out the move , dozens of multicolored rugs are placed on the new shelves, it's done ✅ The offices are not yet finished, it will be next month 🎈
It was time for the move to end because the last round trips took place less than a week before the best holiday of the year at Ohlala: Black Friday ! And this year, it was CRAZY 😝 We had been preparing it for months and thanks to you it had the success we hoped for! Being able to offer you your favorite items at discounted prices , this is the mission we gave ourselves during this timeless weekend. The whole team puts their hands to work, ties knots in the O hlala ribbons, helps you as best as possible with customer service and writes little notes of Love, all at full speed so that you receive them as quickly as possible. your pretty packages in your mailboxes 📧
DECEMBER
The last month, but not the least! That's it, the work is officially finished , the offices can finally move to join the warehouse team 👯♀️ We are gradually getting our bearings in this new working environment! A space bathed in light thanks to bay windows and windows literally EVERYWHERE , we will start 2022 more motivated than ever 💪
On the stable side, Kokett continues to amaze us with her self-confidence which makes us think of her dad's character, In Touch is slowly returning to work on foot after a few months of vacation, Hostine is still as kind and generous, and Dolce , baaah, do we really need to tell you that queen D is still our personal pride?
