During our last Instagram Q&A, many of you asked us for more details about the new down jacket Pénélope Store, the Molly model.
So let's take a look at this feminine and elegant model!
If we take the product description literally, here’s what we might see of this lightweight little coat:
"Lightweight down jacket with long sleeves Molly, with a hood. Ultra comfortable thanks to its two elastic ribbed insertions, which give it a nice fitted and feminine cut. It is made for both equestrian activities and the city. Its slightly shimmering fabric gives it a little sparkle. It is equipped with a hood and an officer collar."
What if we put this pretty model under the scanner this time?
Indeed, the Molly down jacket is lightweight and will be perfect for mid-season. We can already imagine it nicely over a competition shirt and white pants, but also just as well over jeans and a pair of sneakers for going to the city or to class. A big plus for this piece that can join our two wardrobes!
What the product description doesn’t mention is that the hood is adjustable on both sides to best protect our little morning hairstyle (what, you don’t do it every day?!), without looking like Dany Boon in his sketch about the K-way (for those who haven't had the chance to know him yet, we press the little Play button):
Completely convinced by the elastic ribbed insertions on the sleeves, which free up shoulder movement for increased comfort.
As for the little details, the logo Pénélope Store in tone-on-tone on the chest recalls the brand without being too much. This logo can also be found on the zippers of the two front pockets.
These pockets have been designed to easily hold your phone and prevent it from falling every time you bend down to clean your feet (no, no, that has never happened to us...).
Though overlooked in the description, the elastic sleeves will finish off the silhouette in a very feminine way.
